New Road Hotel offers two beautiful and fully equipped meeting rooms with natural daylight, styled with our signature industrial detailing. Both rooms are equipped with interactive smart boards, with complimentary highspeed WiFi, flipcharts and white boards. Perfect for your business needs.
The Kitchen and the Lounge meeting rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people each. If you're looking for a bigger space, The Lounge and The Kitchen can be booked together to accommodate up to 30 people.
Rooms can be hired on a full day, half day or hourly basis. For a minimum spend you can also hire the cocktail bar or Mr. White's English Chophouse restaurant. We offer Day Delegate Rates with working lunches or lunch at Mr White’s English Chophouse. The perfect environment for your next Away Day.
THE KITCHEN
Offers meeting space for up to 8 delegates in a boardroom layout complimented by exposed brickwork and skylights to let in natural daylight. Includes a state-of-the-art E-Board for your all important presentations, allowing you to share and update slides and projects in real time with colleagues.
The Kitchen also comes with a stocked retro fridge offering fruit juice, cold drinks and snacks
THE LOUNGE
Offers a more informal meeting space, hence the name. Accommodating up to 8 people, this room lends itself to team meetings, one-to-ones, interviews and brain storming sessions.
With its cool factory décor, skylights and comfy seating, it's sure to get the creative juices flowing.

if you would prefer some additional space or need to have two meetings in one, The Lounge + The Kitchen is ideal.
Both rooms together will cater for 12 people in a boardroom layout, up to 20 for an informal meeting or buffet, or 25 people for a theatre setup.
