The brand-new Marco Pierre White restaurant in Felixstowe is set to open its doors on 27 June 2024.
Guests wanting to dine in the new restaurant, which is called the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, can now reserve a table to make sure they are the first to try out what the gastronomic great describes as ‘affordable glamour’.
Including signature steaks and timeless English and French classics the menu, which is exclusively curated by Pierre White, includes a mix of childhood favourites and modern-day seasonal dishes perfect for a range of taste and time of year.
Located at what is currently The Brook Hotel on Orwell Road the new restaurant forms part of a bigger refurbishment project that is transforming the site into a boutique-style hotel called Hotel Coco.
The work will also see the opening of a new pub-based venue called The Queen’s Head which is set to open on the 4th July 2024. Falling under the Marco Pierre White Ale House brand it will be the first of its kind in the country.
Andrew Vales, General Manager said: “Interest and excitement has been building as work continues to convert the building into the new hotel, restaurant and pub. To announce that guests can now start to reserve a table will only add to the anticipation of dining in our Marco Pierre White restaurant. We’ve now appointed the team who will be undergoing their training in time for the 27 June."
“The ethos behind the Steakhouse is that it will have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy a delicious meal no matter what the occasion or time of day. Whether it’s a family celebration, impromptu meal out with your partner or business meeting it will be the perfect place to come. It’s not pretentious, just great food served in a great atmosphere.”
