Join the Team at Marco Pierre White Felixstowe (Chefs, Servers, Bartenders, and More!)

Anyone wanting to work at Marco Pierre White’s new Felixstowe restaurant is being invited to a recruitment open day to find out more about the new venue and jobs on offer. 

Taking place on Thursday 11 April 2024 at The Brook Hotel, Orwell Road, Felixstowe between 12 noon and 7 pm, those interested can pop along with their CV to chat with the team and discover more about the plans and roles available. 

Around 20 positions need to be filled with a mix of front and back of the house including sous chef, commis chef, bartenders, restaurant staff, reception, kitchen helpers and cocktail mixologists.

The restaurant will be located in what is currently The Brook Hotel and forms part of a major refurbishment programme.  This includes converting the building into a boutique hotel, Hotel Coco,  while the current restaurant becomes a Steakhouse Bar & Grill under the name of one of the UK’s greatest-ever chefs, Marco Pierre White.

Those chosen will be put through a training programme to meet the exacting standards required by the gastronomic great.
