• Head Chef Search in Liverppool

The search is on for a chef who can handle some 'White heat'. A rare opportunity to work for one of the world’s most famous chefs has become available at a popular Liverpool steak restaurant.

Bosses at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill at Hotel Indigo on Chapel Street, are now looking for a new head chef who, once appointed, will head up the 110-cover venue which is overseen by the famed chef and restaurateur of the same name!

Kieran Poole, General Manager at the venue said: “We’re delighted to open up this amazing position. Open to hotel guests as well as non-residents, the restaurant is the ‘Go-to Steakhouse’ for foodies from across Liverpool. All our menus are devised and created by Marco personally, so you really are getting a taste of what he likes to eat himself."

“Our menus also rotate every quarter, with dishes that reflect the season and produce that’s at its best at that time. This includes seasonal specials on the à la carte, plus a seasonal set menu which is always superb value for money. These sit alongside some classic British and French dishes, as well as our wonderful selection of steaks, so there is a great variety; including incredible sharing steaks like the popular Tomahawk. With the new summer menu going live in early July, whoever gets the job will definitely need to hit the ground running."

“And to say that you’ve worked for Marco Pierre White is also not a bad thing for the CV. We expect to hear from those chefs looking for their next career move to embrace no ways of working to exceed customer expectations.”
